It is very likely that your staffing agency employees a large number of social media savvy college graduates that are very proud of their alma mater. It is also likely that, in addition to external roles, your internal staff positions for recruiters and account managers are hard to fill with great candidates. You are likely no stranger to asking your staff for referrals. However, why not try to make it a contest. Challenge your staff to research and profile all of their former classmates, teammates, fraternity brothers, or sorority sisters. Once the network is mapped out, identify potential recruits for both internal and external positions and put that network to work!
