According to a study by United Income, 20% of people that are of retirement age are still in the workforce and are not in a rush to leave. One staffing company in Pennsylvania has been making headlines for years by leveraging this demographic. They even trademarked the name Gold Collar Worker ®!

Take a look at your open jobs and determine where unretired workers could be a fit. It could be temporary assignments for those that like to stay busy and enjoy the changing scenery, or perhaps there are opportunities for longer term assignments where workers that have retired from a company return on a temporary basis, but on your payroll.
