You have built an audience of engaged Facebook followers that have a growing desire to engage with video content. In fact, Mark Zuckerberg predicts that by 2020, Facebook will be mostly composed of video content. Although job fairs are a great way to connect in real life with job seekers, paying for a booth and attending a job fair can range in cost from a couple hundred to a couple of thousand dollars. Facebook Live is virtually free! 

As with our tip from yesterday, you can use it to humanize your company and showcase your brand, announce new positions, host a monthly Q&A, meet the team, and/or interview employees to share their stories. And, don’t forget, you can schedule and market the events in advance to increase the size of your audience.
